Raymond Garvin brings nearly half a century of experience to International Strategic Ventures SA.He focuses his attention on technical leadership and earnings potential. Prior to joining International Strategic Ventures SA, Raymond Served as a consultant to well know broker dealers and mutual funds as well as a number of British merchant banks, Mr. Garvin holds a master’s and bachelor’s degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
He has previously held a position of director with a number of multinational corporations of which several are publicly traded on U.S. markets.
James Elliott is an International Investment Banker at International Strategic Ventures serving U.S., European, Chinese, African and Brazilian companies seeking growth capital in the public markets.Prior to joining International Strategic Ventures Mr. Elliott spent several years as a Senior Financial Analyst at a major brokerage firm in New York.
Mr. Elliott also has the responsibility to oversee client’s portfolios for a supervisory basis to ensure that various aspects of the firms regulatory compliance programs are followed. Mr. Elliott graduate with a degree in Communications from the University of Hartford. Subsequently, he attended the University of London for post graduate studies in Economics.
With over 50 years of industry experience Mr. Jackson has developed common stock investment ideas for the asset management clients of International Strategic Ventures since 1999.
His forte is identifying great specialty retail investment ideas in the infancy stage of their development. Mr. Jackson has far reaching relationships with the senior management of the firms he follows.
His experience includes a long career as a security analyst in the research departments of several major Wall Street firms. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor of science in economics, Mr. Jackson is a former member of the New York Society of Securities Analyst.
Peter Middleton has been a middle market advisory and finance professional for over twenty years.
Mr. Middleton’s experience encompasses over 100 transactions including foreign and domestic buy side and sell side advisory assignments, mergers, joint ventures, valuations, fairness opinions and corporate restructuring. Mr. Middleton also has extensive experience raising equity, senior and subordinated debt for middle market companies, both public and private, including numerous transactions as a principal. Mr. Middleton has executed transactions across a wide range of industries including aerospace and defense, apparel, consumer, retail, ecommerce, distribution, metals and mining and general industrial sectors among others.
Previously Mr. Middleton was involved in the Corporate Advisory Services practice at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Prior to that he was with J.P. Morgan Chase & Company where he was involved with mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Middleton graduated cum laude from Duke University with a Bachelors degree in Economics and Political Science. He received his M.B.A. with honors from Dukes Fuqua School of Business where he was also a Fuqua Fellow.
